Zuheir Khalil has more than 18 years experience in Operational and Strategic HR having worked with several ‘blue-chip’ companies. Thanks to his vision and leadership, Talent Dimensions Consulting has established its presence in the consulting/advisory marketplace. Aside from his permanent roles, Zuheir has gained outstanding experience and expertise in the execution and management of many HR project engagements. Having had the opportunity to work as an international assignee, he has developed a strong grasp of both local and global human resource management strategies. Zuheir has a MBA in Human Resource Management.
With over 10 years experience in the field of business management, Majid Bakarman has acquired strong business leadership skills. He has successfully led and managed several family owned enterprises ranging from restaurants, FMCG establishments, jewelry manufacturing, retail shops, medical services, dental clinic, among others. Having the natural capability for entrepreneurship teamed with his acquired skills in Organizational Development and Leadership, he was able to effectively turn around the performance and profitability of his business and corporate ventures.
Having over than 8 years’ specialist experience, Mohammad Zahadath has the concentrated subject matter expertise and capability in Talent Solutions with strong focus on Selection and Recruitment. He has multi-discipline backgrounds in HR having previously worked as a Human Resource Specialist in one of the leading local companies in Saudi Arabia. He has managed and executed several large scale projects in various sectors. Mohammad has a proven track record in successfully articulating our clients’ strategy into action plans and delivering their most challenging service requirements. He has previously worked for MonsterGulf, Almarai and Dell.
Abdulrahman Khan has vast experience in technical recruitment especially in the fields of Mechanical, Industrial, Engineering, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas. He has successfully delivered the service requirements of key client companies and has effectively placed Engineers, Managers and Technicians for large companies in Saudi Arabia.
